Wellplanet orchestrates the integration of the physical, Spiritual and the Environmental aspects of our lives, creating a deeper understanding of the Creator’s intention for the health of all His people and the planet. It is the way we grow, eat, and share food that cures obesity and world hunger. It is the way we see exercise; no longer is it a necessary chore, it is reclaimed as the beautiful physical healing gift it was intended to be.
We at Wellplanet invite you to live the simplest most concise, eco-fitness challenge ever created for personal health, health of your village, and the planet. We invite you to care for yourself to better care for others!

Three principles
Food

Everything we need for sustaining health and wellness for all life had been provided for us through nature since the beginning. If not true, life would not be. Today’s health crisis is not the fault of the individual, but is a manifestation of our community forgetting our blessings of real, whole, natural foods and simple life giving water.
Exercise

Unlike anything we create by hand, which starts to breakdown when used, the body improves in every way with moderate to heavy use. Exercise is a magic pill, a fountain of youth, an antidepressant; the body is improved in every way possible, naturally.
Prayer

When we care for ourselves to better care for others, our efforts made towards personal fitness becomes a true Spiritual Discipline; an expression of gratitude and thanksgiving for all of life.
The Three principles
- Eat five fresh fruits and vegetables a day, or more.
(Preferably local, seasonal, organic). - Exercise thirty minutes a day, or more.
- Along with daily disciplined eating and exercising, give thanks for personal and global health for all.
